FACTS (Foothill Area Community Transition Services) is a community-based adult transition program that helps students with disabilities who have finished high school develop independence and life skills in order to transition smoothly into adult life.

TRECK (Transition Resources for Employment and Career Knowledge) provides adult transition services that help students with disabilities who have completed high school develop the life, relational, and career skills needed to be independent now and in the future.
